1. Service Description
EnvatoVault provides a service to back up digital assets purchased by a user from the Envato Market. The service requires authentication with the user's Envato account to access purchase information and download files for backup purposes. The user is responsible for configuring and maintaining access to their chosen backup destination (e.g., SFTP, S3).
2. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You are also responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to copy your purchased items to your chosen backup destination, in accordance with Envato's licensing terms.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. EnvatoVault makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, timeliness, or performance of the backup service. We do not guarantee that backups will be successful, complete, or error-free. It is the user's responsibility to verify the integrity and completeness of their backups.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall EnvatoVault or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data, loss of profits, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the service, even if EnvatoVault has been notified of the possibility of such damage. This includes any failure of a backup to complete successfully or any data corruption.
