When you connect your Envato account, we use the Envato API to securely access your purchase history. We store information about your purchased items (like name, ID, and purchase date) to provide our backup service. We securely store authentication tokens (access and refresh tokens) provided by Envato's OAuth2 flow to maintain the connection and perform synchronization and backups on your behalf. We never see or store your Envato password.

2. How We Use Information

We use the collected information solely to provide and improve our service. This includes listing your items for backup, performing scheduled backups to your chosen destinations, and troubleshooting support requests. We do not use your purchase data for marketing or share it with third parties, except when required to by law.

3. Data Security

We are committed to protecting your information. Authentication tokens are encrypted at rest. All communication with the Envato API and your backup destinations is performed over secure, encrypted channels (HTTPS, SFTP).

4. Data Retention

We retain your purchase list and connection tokens only as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or unlink your Envato connection, the associated tokens and purchase data are permanently removed from our systems.
